Looking for a student to replace a tennant.
The room is large with bed/matress, wardrobe, drawers, desk and bedside tables. All of which can be removed if needed.
Large shared living room with big TV and sofas. Also large kitchen with all amenities. Washer/drier in a separate laundry room.
House has broadband, all bills are separate, but rarely amount to more than £50 pppm.
Street is quiet, consisting of a mix of both students and families. Closest bus stop is 5 min walk. Shops are also 10 mins in both directions. Curry mile is 15 mins away. Excellent location.
You will be completing a 7 month minimum contract as due to work I'm moving out ASAP.
Please do not call me before 23rd of April as I am not in the UK for a week.
