Nice Single Room in Lovely House in Stretford!

Hello all!

I've a single bedroom in my comfy house in Stretford. It's very well equipped, quiet, neat and tidy. I am definitely cat friendly and looking for a decent responsible type to share my home with. Must be seen inside to be appreciated! Please note, no smoking in the house.

The room is fully furnished, dimensions; 9'6" x 7'6" (2. 8m x 2. 2m), plus a doorway (3' x 3'). Also, there is plenty of storage space in the room and around the house.

I am friendly and happy to be sociable, but know how to give people space, too.

I am in a good location for Salford and the BBC, also there are frequent buses to the city centre from just around the corner and the tram is a 15 minute walk. Also, there is a lovely local Co-Op around the corner.

I would be happy to tell you more about me and can usually arrange a viewing at short notice to your convenience.

I hope you like the sound of it and want to have a look for yourself. I fit in with most people, and would like to think that could include you! As a live in landlord, I keep the place in good order and am always on hand when needed.
