i have a single room in a clean house in a nice area on the Chorlton/ Stretford border. House has Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing. It has been newly decorated throughout with brand new carpets and sofa as well. To the rear of the property is a conservatory and a garden with decking that overlooks the canal. There is parking for 4 vehicles on driveway. It is 2 mins walk to the tram stop which goes to the city centre where the trams reach the city centre in 10 mins, and a few mins walk to busy main bus routes. Shops are nearby and the Trafford Centre and Salford Quays are only a short distance away. It is a non smoking household. Someone who respects a persons home is needed and is not a wild party household. Price includes all bills.
