I have been living in the apartment block for 2 years and have been forwarded as a tenant by the owners of the building due to good referrals from the management company. The flat is not being advertised and is not available through any other sources. Do not contact me if you are an agent or looking to gain details.

• Large terrace balcony leading off the living room
• 2 Double Ensuite rooms (one of which will be mine)
• Washing machine/dishwasher/large fridge freezer
• 2 car parking spots (again, one of which will be mine)

• Complete exclusivity from the other flats (anyone living in floors below do not have access to this floor)
• I have most furnishings and kitchen utensils, so the flat will come part furnished.

During the weekends I like to go out, relax, have friends over, watch films (the normal stuff people do) and I am very easy to get on with (its part of my job at the end of the day!!).

I am looking for a young professional ideally around the same age, who isn’t going to be throwing mad parties during the week or having their friends round till 2am Mon-Fri.
