Trainee barrister searching for flatmate.
Hi,
I'm a trainee barrister in Manchester and intending to rent a room in my beautiful 2 bed apartment in Salford Quays. It's in a great location on the riverfront and, thus, has beautiful views of the river (so very nice in the evening).
I have been living alone in the apartment since I arrived but, I feel that, now, is the right time to have a tenant for the added company.
I have a private contract with the landlord and, thus, there is no need for any agency fees etc.
I'm a very sociable person and would like someone who enjoys to have some fun- such as having dinners, parties, going out etc- but also works hard.
Additionally, could anyone interested contact me in order to confirm they are a genuine person as this is the first time I've used the Internet to find a flatmate.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Kingsleigh
