We have a newly refurbished room available for rent at 3 New Cross Street, Salford (M5 5 EU). The house is ideal for students at Salford University as it is in walkable distance to the main campus and a 5 minute walk away from the free 50 bus route to university, as well as being situated near local amenities. The house is also only a 10 minute walk from the hospital which may appeal to student nurses etc. The rent is £80 per week (bills included). The room on offer includes a double bed, wardrobe and a work desk & chair. The communal kitchen is fully equipped - including cutlery etc! As well as a kitchen there is a communal living room and games room.
