The second bedroom is a good size and the flat is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Salford Quays Metrolink stop and 15-20 minutes walk to Media City.
The room contains a chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, and double bed/mattress.
The flat does have a car park space which is in a secure underground garage. This would be available too at present, and would be negotiable in the price, if required.
The price includes utility bills and broadband.
