We are two easy-going professional looking for a new friendly easy-going & sociable tenant due to my current flat mate buying their own place.
I have a double room available (£300 + bills) which are normally around £78 per month. The room is fully furnished.
The room is available to move into straight away.
The flat is modern and spacious with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and two lounge rooms with all the mod cons including wifi. Parking included.
Located close to Ladywell Tram stop it has good transport links into Salford Quays and Manchester City Centre, Salford Royal Hospital and the M602 motorway.

P. S The bedroom pics are actually of my room as I am currently having some laptop issues but I should have some pictures up soon. It's pretty much the same size/layout with bed side cabinets, draws, wardrobe etc.
