Fun, friendly house looking for house mate

We are 1 guy and 2 girls aged 21, 23 and 26 . We are all family and live in a sociable family home with our 2 cats and daft Springer Spaniel.
Due to unforeseen circumstances our house mate is having to move out in September and we are looking for a sociable housemate to take her place. She has become a great friend and will be continuing to socialise with us.
We have a double bedroom available in our house where we have 2 lounges ( each lounge shared by 2 people).
This house will suit someone that wants to live in a fun sociable house where we have a great network of friends with whom we socialise and would welcome a new mate.
We all have full time jobs with 1 house mate doing a masters part time also. With everyone working different work patterns there is also quiet times to enjoy.
We are very close to Salford Royal Hospital with great transport links into the city centre. Plenty of space for parking.
This is very much a home as opposed to a shared house so if this suits you please get in touch. The room is available from 25th October due to some house renovation but available to view and meet everyone anytime.
