Double Room Available in Trendy Apartment

I am 23 and have called this place home for over a year now. I was living with a house mate who has had to move away for work.

About the place:
The apartment itself has loads of character with a large sized, south facing, lounge which is flooded with natural light; it has recently been decorated and is a pleasure to chill in, day or night. The kitchen is great and does everything a kitchen should, we have all the necessary facilities in there: washer dryer, cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer and my goldfish (but he keeps himself to himself). The bathroom was newly fitted just before I moved in, it's great, there's no bath but there is walk in double shower. The available room has a double bed and wardrobe and you can bring anything else you might want to put your stamp on it. There is also a large storage cupboard in the hallway which you are welcome to use for extra storage if you need it.

What's around:
On our site we have a courtyard that is enclosed and all the flats look down onto it. The courtyard is a really pretty space, it is mainly covered in grass but also has seated patio areas, perfect for long summer evenings. The site is protected by gates that you need a fob to access. My friends say this place is like fort knox! There is also a gym on site with a sauna that is free to all residents in the complex. Your rent also includes a parking space in a gated carpark at the back of the flat.

Local info:
Travel wise, there is a metrolink stop on the corner of the road (which is what I use) that takes 20 minutes to the centre of Manchester or there is a bus (33) from Eccles New Road that takes you into the city in 10 minutes. There are shops and take-aways on the street opposite and it is just a short walk to the beautiful Media City, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.
