I can't believe it's not butter/a house-share.
There is a room available in our 3 bedroom house-share. We're slightly nerdy, slighty debauched, chill + rad + laid-back/ <insert whatever else> pair of friends looking for another house-mate. The rent is 235 a month, not including bills. The house is on Platt Lane, a stones throw from Platt Fields park. You would be sharing the house with two males, me, a 28 year old Philosophy student at MMU, and my friend, another 28 year old who works in IT.
We've converted one room into a cinema room with a good HD projector in it, so fun is had there as we wade through an endless sea of B movies. The house is 420 friendly, and cat friendly. We have a cat, but she isn't friendly, but we love her anyways.
