I have a double room to let in Rusholme. There are currently 3 other lads in the house- all 2nd year MMU students. They're really cool guys- always up for a laugh, tidy. Area is a minute walk to Whitworth Park, a local Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl and many local bars and restaurants (very close to the curry mile). Oxford Road is also a minutes walk for very frequent bus services into the city centre and university areas (if you wanted to walk to uni I used to do it in 15/20 minutes last year). The house has 2 bathrooms, a shower, a kitchen and seperate living room with a television and leather sofas. BILLS ARE INCLUDED- wifi, heating, electricity, water.
