Two current tenants, both men aged 23 & 24 seeking a third person to fill large room, one starting a new job in September the other starting a master's. Any age / occupation considered. Fully furnished room includes bed, storage, desk. Picture is outdated there is now a double bed in the room.
Rent is paid as 895 a month lump sum from lead tenant, split 3 ways, individual share works out 298 a month. Bills are separate. We would require that the first month's rent be paid in advance. Immediate start preferred but September start also considered. Short term lets also considered but please minimum 1 month.
