Hi!
My two flatmates and I are looking for a 4th flatmate to join us in our new student flat. All three of us are going into our third year at University of Manchester studying; PPE, Zoology and Drama/English. We are an extremely friendly bunch from all walks of life, all three of us are quite arty and musical.
The Flat is set within a very picturesque building. Opposite, you can see a park and a 5 minute walk down the road brings you to the infamous curry mile. Its a mere 20 minute walk to the main universities and a 15 minute cycle. The nearest supermarkets (Lidl, tesco etc) are a 10 minute walk.
Ideally we would like whoever takes the room to stay from September 2014/July 2015. However we are more than happy to take people who can only do 6 months (exchange students etc). Our landlord is absolutely lovely but has stipulated that in order to take this room you MUST BE A STUDENT.
