Need a professional, chilled flatmate to replace a friend who is moving out 1st October. I would like a flatmate who is clean, courteous and enjoys quiet nights in as well as going out for a few! work long hours and am often away at the weekend visiting in Leeds but would like a flatmate that I can hang out with, someone with an interest in art and culture would be desirable but not necessary :)
