Conveniently placed for local amenities such as the local M&S Food hall, Aldi, Tesco, Lidl, NRG gym and Manchester United Stadium if you’re a fan.

The trafford centre is only 10 minutes drive away, with a direct line on the metro also a short walk away.
Salford Quays is a 15 minute
walk away with bars, restaurants, shops, a museum, a theatre and a cinema to explore.

As for the current housemate, hes relaxed, quiet and tidy. Happy to let you do your thing or join you for a chat every now and again but he does work long hours, so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. Maintaining a clean and zen environment is a priority so please only get in touch if you're willing to get stuck in too.

This might be a perfect room for someone who wants to relax after a hectic day at work, loves fantastic view out across Manchester and wants easy transport links to the City centre.

The video shows the living room and main bathroom only. (Pole is removable 😅) Room pictures to follow as I’m yet to move out. But the room is a large double with a double bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe, side tables, and additional clothing rail. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and sink.

We also have a nice big 55inch smart tv in the living room for cosy film nights . The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils ect so you’d just have to bring yourself.
