Spacious double room in city centre apartment

My name's Mart and I'm looking for a young professional to move in to my city centre apartment. Unfortunately my current flatmate is leaving to go travelling, so I now need someone to fill his place by the end of November.

I'd ideally like someone who has previously lived on their own before and knows how to pull their weight when it comes to keeping the place tidy.

The flat is on the 8th floor of Fresh Apartments in Manchester. It features an open plan lounge/kitchen with all essential appliances (e. g washer, dryer, fridge, freezer). The lounge has 2 double seater sofas looking on to the balcony.

The bedroom is of fair size and definitely has room for you to make your own. It comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The area is really nice and it has excellent transport links. We're across the road from Salford Central trainstation, around the corner from the Arndale and there's plenty of bus services that run by. There's also a local Tesco/Nisa/Waitrose for shopping.

The bills usually come to £155pppm and the rent is £375pppm.

To move in the deposit is £400 plus one month rent up front.

There is a secure garage below for drivers, but it's rather expensive.

A bit about me:
I'm 25 and I work in Spinningfields. I'm outgoing and confident, so someone who is willing to socialise would be a plus. I work various shift patterns and I really need someone who's considerate and respectful of this, as I would be with you.
I go to the gym during the week and socialise with friends. On the weekends I like to just chill. I love a good night out, but I definitely prefer a night in with takeout and a bottle of wine.
