Double Room, Castlefield Area, £500pcm inc bills

Furnished double room available in nice, quiet Castlefield area, 10 minutes walk into town, two bedroom property with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

What I'd like:
Ideally I'd like a professional or third year student, someone who keeps communal areas clean and tidy (you can keep your own room however you want). I like rock music, gaming, art and don't like homophobic people. Would prefer someone with similar interests but it's not a deal breaker :)

The flat:
The flat does not come with parking, has a large living room with big, comfy corner couch and a flat screen TV with Chromecast. The room includes a brand new double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Me:
You'd be sharing the flat with me, I'm a 28 year old female and I work during the week. I mainly use the flat for sleeping and chilling out in so don't have any crazy parties or loud music - I occasionally have friends round. I'm very considerate and always tidy up after myself and make cups of tea!

Price is £500pcm including all bills (water, electric, internet, council tax).
