Hello, I am a 30 year old Portuguese male who moved to Manchester just over 6 years ago, having recently moved closer to the centre I am now looking to share my apartment with someone.

I work in a busy role Monday to Friday 9-5pm so week nights are quiet and chilled out watching a movie but happy to go out and about at weekends for drinks etc. I’m very much into my photography and also play football and squash quite regularly.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and friendly and generally to have a laugh and to be my friend as well.

The apartment is a fully furnished duplex on the 3rd floor (top floor) situated in a great location just a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly train station and 10 minutes to the city centre, including ‘New Islington’ tram station situated just over the road.

The apartment comprises of fully furnished open plan lounge / kitchen / diner with large furnished terrace area outside French windows. 2 large double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 en-suite and utility room with washer / dryer.

The bedroom on offer is a large double room with en-suite, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables and separate storage cupboard.
