Beautiful, Spacious House, Central Manchester

I am a 25 year old outgoing, professional female working in the city centre with a fully furnished spacious double room available in Ancoats on the 17th November.

This comfortable, bright room is 525 pounds a month including all bills and broadband. It comprises a king size bed, wardrobes, drawers and a bedside table. Plus we have a spare room if you ever want to have guests stay.
Large separate living room, huge fully equipped kitchen (with an exceptional fridge) and dining area. There is a big bathroom plus downstairs toilet. The house has high ceilings and a lot of natural light flows throughout. There is room to park on the drive plus there is additional free roadside parking. We are a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter.

I am looking for a professional housemate with similar interests. I tend mostly to have quiet evenings in the week and there is plenty of space to have that me time we all need. Equally Im very sociable and enjoy good food, the gym, watching films, the odd takeaway and casual drinks at the weekend. I’m respectful and like to keep the house tidy.

The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful and homely it is. I was pleasantly surprised when I viewed the property a year ago and I have added additional touches since they were taken. Also I can only upload 5 but can direct email others.
