We have a room available to start a new tenancy beginning in November!

We are two working males one an English teacher and the other a head bartender. We both work full time.

The flat is a modern homely place which includes a bath/shower/living room/broadband and soon sky+.

A 5 minute walk to Deansgate train station. 5 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop as well as easy access to the city centre via bus or on foot.

The room itself is spacious including a wardrobe, one chest of drawers and a bedside table. A double bed is included in this room. There is also a private door to the bathroom leading from the room .

Bills are not included in this rent package however they can be discussed more when visiting the property for a viewing, we tend to split things three ways.

We are looking ideally for someone who works full time. We both enjoy socialising, we like going for beers, enjoy watching the football I personally enjoy soaps and I am not ashamed to say so. We enjoy terrible television as well as the odd boy band ballad. We are two very easy going guys and one thing we do make an effort with is privacy. We understand that you may want your own space and this will be respected at all times.
