Room mate needed!

I have just found this apartment and I am looking for a roommate to take it on with. I am looking for around a 10 month tenancy but if you need 12 month that is fine.

The apartment is just near deansgate locks and Whitworth Street. This is a great location and close to most shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

The room itself is furnished with a small floor to ceiling window. As I will have the ensuite room you will have the main bathroom to yourself. The kitchen and living room is a decent size and there is a small balcony with patio seating. There is also a gym with sauna and steam room in the basement free to tenants.

At the moment these are the only pics of the flat I have from the agency. The bathroom pic is slightly different to the actual bathroom in the flat, I will take a pic of the bathroom once I have access to the flat. I don't have a pic of the room but it is a decent size - again I will take a pic of it when I actually move down to the flat.

I'm preferably looking for a female flatmate although male will also be considered. I am very tidy, considerate and respectful so would expect the same from someone else.
As I'm a postgrad I will be quite busy during the week and most weekends with uni work, however I do like the odd night out in the week and enjoy socialising, whether it's just going for dinner or a couple drinks after a shopping trip.
