Characterful flat, City centre, large double room

I have just put the deposit down for a beautiful city Centre flat in ancoats; the building is a new flat in an old mill conversion so has bags of character. I am looking for a fun female flat mate to move in with me from 1st September. The rent is £400 excluding bills (I am estimating £550-600 with bills.)
***please note I don't get the keys until the 25th but can arrange viewings from then****
Location:
The flat is less than ten minutes walk to Piccadilly. New Islington tram station is right on the doorstep, literally 20 yards from the front door giving great transport around Manchester when it’s too rainy to walk.
I will be working in Deansgate which is a 25-minute walk or direct on tram to give you an idea of distance.
It is a 5-minute walk to pure gym and aldi with a convenience store just 1 minute away on the corner (for emergency wine and milk stops).

The Flat:
The flat is lovely; it has really high ceilings and quirky original features in the front room and hallway. Sorry the pictures aren’t great; as I don’t get the keys till the end of the month I haven’t been able to get snap happy yet.

The living room, kitchen is open plan with dishwasher and good cupboard space, the available bedroom is really good size and comes with double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and wardrobe. You would have the main use of the massive bathroom as my room has a small en suite. The room will be available to move in from the 31st August/ 1st of September.

One of the reasons I fell in love with the flat is that it is a perfect blank canvas. I want to it make into a home with whomever moves in (I have been getting a bit excited with pinterest inspiration lately and I am a sucker for soft furnishings).

Little about me:
I start my graduate position as a junior creative at the end of August. I am career focused but love a laugh, and I am very open-minded. Monday -Fridays I will be working 9-6 and unwinding with quiet evenings and good cooking. I spend my time outside work at the gym, running, having a few drinks and cooking up flavor sensations. I love music, traveling, dogs and finding new adventures. I am looking to find a friend as well as a flat mate so having a similar lifestyle and interests would be great.
