Double Room in New City Centre Flat

We're looking for someone to replace me in a shared 3-bed flat.

I have lived here for 8 months and moved in when the apartment was brand new. I'm now looking to move in with my girlfriend which is why the room has become available.

The apartment is a large 3 bed in the new Alto complex close to Salford Central train station, Deansgate and Spinningfields. The room is a good size and comes with bed, waredrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. The bathroom would be shared with one other flatmate as there is an en-suite in the 3rd room. There is also parking available if needed in a secure, gated car park. If you didn't need the parking space then it would be possible to rent it out.

The two guys you'd be moving in with are Sam and Stephen. Both are nice guys who like a good chat, respect your space and like football. Sam works at an architecture firm and Stephen is studying for his masters degree.

The rent for the room is £416 which is the same for both other rooms. Bills are split evenly 3 ways and usually work out in the region of £100.

The property is with Bridgfords and you will be signing a new contract which will have a minimum term of 6 months and then become a monthly rolling contract. The will be a sign on fee of around £100 which is non-refundable for referencing etc, and a deposit of £500 which will be refunded when you move out.
