Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to move into an exceptional 2 bed apartment. Its on Dale Street in the heart of the northern quarter. A stones throw from the cafes and bars on Tariff Street, as well as Piccadilly Gardens / Basin and New Islington.

About the apartment.

At a spacious 950sq ft, it stands out amongst city centre apartments for the sense of scale. High ceilings and large windows let in lots of natural light. It is fully furnished to a high standard and well maintained. Double glassing also keeps out the cold in winter.
The lounge includes two leather double sofas, and the dining area a full-size table with seating for six. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual mod-cons and looks out over the living spaces.
The available room includes a large wardrobe, double bed, side drawers and table, and a separate bathroom with shower and bath. As my room has an ensuite, this will be exclusively for the new tenants use.

The landlord will use a tenant referencing agency to provide the necessary checks for just £25, and can also provide a reference. The security deposit is £650, which will be lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.

The apartment is available immediately, for the right person.

The rent is £520 per month and includes water. Electricity, council tax and internet are additional.

About me

I'm 31 years old and work in the city centre as a Project Manager. I've lived in Manchester 6 years now and still love it! I work hard during the week but like to get out as much as possible at the weekend. My interests are photography, going to gigs and the cinema, traveling, cooking, trips to the hills, the gym, exploring the bars… Previous house mates would say I'm a down to earth and easy going chap, who's happy to share a drink or two - but not one to bring the party home. Also, you can't put a value on keeping a place clean and tidy! ;)

I'm looking for an easy going, sociable person who's up for living in a clean and respectful environment. I've been house-sharing all my adult life and have lived with guys and girls, so am happy to share with either. Its important that you have steady income and are working full time, but mature students will also be considered.
