I'm renting last room out in my amazeballs apartment to a clean, tidy, intelligent, deserving professional (that's you, if not please don't apply).
Everyone who sees this apartment loves it, and you get more than most other places can offer, such as two lounges, great kitchen and dining area, great bedroom with en suite, secluded roof terrace, seperate utility room with seperate washer and dryer. Underfloor heating.
So a slight gotcha: the house is for sale on the market (but I'd give plenty of notice and offer/exchange/completion takes a couple of months anyway)
