Manchester City Centre / Deansgate room available!

Hii, I'm Emma and currently looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving to France for her year abroad.

The flat is located in Deansgate, takes about 30 seconds to walk to the locks and a max 10 minutes to walk into the city centre. The flat is right next to plenty of public transportation (unfortunately there is no parking with this flat!)

The flat is located on the 5th Floor and has a shared kitchen/living and balcony. The bedroom is a double bedroom that currently has a desk, a set of drawers and a bedside table. There is a wardrobe that my flatmate at the moment also uses that is in the hallway. I have an en-suite so the main bathroom would be all yours as I never use it.

I personally think I'm a sociable person who enjoys spending time with people wether its a night out or just a night in front of the TV. I do enjoy going out at least once a week but in the week do have friends in the week to just watch a film etc but would like the idea of becoming friends with my flatmate who could perhaps join in. Saying that, I do also respect someone else's space and very considerate when it comes to others. I understand the importance of sleep so wouldn't be loud and noisy. I am fairly clean, not OCD but I like to make sure its tidy. I work 5 / 6 days a week so wouldn't like anyone who does like to go out every night out the week. I don't smoke, Sometimes I have friends round who may do so but they do always go on the balcony. If a smoker did live here I would prefer them to use the balcony. I am quite security conscious so would like someone who respected that too and made sure they kept the flat secure.

I do have a boyfriend who does stay here sometimes because of work purposes. Because of this he does chip in with bills/rent.

I would say with the rent £400, bills roughly £80pm and council tax approx £65 each (I get 25% discount at the moment so roughly without the discount). To make sure you were fully covered every month then would need around £550.
The deposit is £450.

Also my favourite things are : films, music ( practically most stuff) , pugs , bed , any type of takeaway ,The Venue, vanilla coke , going out , gigs, chill nights ,payday, Topshop, TV ( Breaking bad / Dexter / True Detective etc) & Cake.

I don't like : Bad smells, Work, loud noises when i'm trying to sleep (please don't email if you have a guitar or drum set or something) , messy people , homophobic/ racist /Sexist people & loud snoring.

My ideal flat mate : reliable, helpful , respectful , fairly sociable, good sense of humour , share with household chores , tidy , enjoy similar things as myself.
