Manchester City Centre Double Room with En-suite

My current flatmate is moving out to go travelling so I am looking for a like-minded person (preferably female) to take on her room!
A bit about the room:
Double room with en-suite facilities including toilet, sink, shower and radiator. Main bathroom also contains a bath which would be free to use as and when desired. Fully furnished including Bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with under bed storage.
A bit about the living space:
Fully furnished, modern apartment with living room, dining area and kitchen. Duplex apartment with second bedroom upstairs. Fully secure coded entrance, the place has everything you need! Just a 10 minute walk from Picadilly station, the Arendale and The Printworks.
A bit about me!:
I am looking for someone who is relatively similar - I am a young professional so working during the week therefore keep it pretty chilled in the evenings with the gym, out for dinner, a few drinks etc. Weekends I tend to be off visiting friends or out shopping, going for drinks/night out, the usual!
Ideally I would like someone to be as much a friend as a roommate - someone I can have a girly night in with or equally a night out!
