Duplex in The Edge Apartments City Centre

I have a room to rent in my Duplex apartment that is located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Both Deansgate and Spinningfields are literally a few minutes walk away so you have fantastic access to everything the city has to offer.

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area that looks out on to a garden terrace with great views across Salford and the city centre. Wi Fi, Sky, DVD player and Apple TV all available. The bedroom is finished to a high standard and has a double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Across from the room is the main bathroom which would be yours to use as I have an en-suite. This has recently been re-done and is finished to a high standard.

The rent includes all bills. Although there isn't a spare parking space with the apartment, it is easy to rent a space at The Edge which are around £100 - £150 per month. There is no maximum term but I would prefer someone to stay for at least 3 months.

I'm a 25 year old freelance Makeup Artist that is easy going and up for a good laugh. I'm interested in keeping fit (Crossfit!), fashion, eating / going out, cooking at home, a good bottle of wine, movie nights etc. Ideally I would like to share with someone who has similar interests so that it would be fun to hang out!
