Duplex in The Edge Apartments Manchester Centre

I have a room to rent in my Duplex Apartment in the luxurious apartment block The Edge Apartments just two minutes walk from Deansgate and all the shops and bars.
The apartment is on the 11th floor and spans over two levels. Downstairs there is a store room, toilet, large living room, dining room and kitchen. Each room is fully furnished with high quality finishes. We have wifi and sky with an xbox 360/Dvd facility. The living room is kept very clean to ensure a pleasant standard of living and benefits from floor to ceiling windows along the living room/dining area. These windows provide an amazing view out over Salford.

The room for rent is large again with floor to ceiling windows with great views. There is a large double bed and plenty of storage facilities all purchased from John Lewis. The floors are wood like they are throughout the apartment.

Across from the room is a private bathroom for the tenant featuring a large bath/shower and sink area. Finished to a high standard.

The monthly rent includes all bills. There is parking available also if necessary. We don't require a fixed term only a months notice before moving out. Smokers are okay but there can be no smoking in the flat.

I am 28 years old and have my own restaurant/bar so I tend to work random hours but don't get in late. I am open to male/female flatmates, the most important thing is tidiness/cleanliness as I am house-proud! It is a great apartment!
