Looking for a new flatmate

Hiya,

I am looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely top floor flat in the Albion Mill complex (10 mins walk to Piccadilly Station, 15 mins to NQ, over the road from New Islington tram).

The flat is a duplex with the main living area upstairs which makes it feel more spacious. There is a big corner balcony off the living room that has great city views and gets the evening sun.

The room available is a small double, it comes furnished with a double bed, two sets of bedside drawers and a single wardrobe. There is also extra storage space in the hallway if you need it. You would also have the main bathroom to yourself in the mornings as my room has an en suite.

I work in the city centre Mon-Fri and tend to be fairly chilled on school nights these days. On weekends I like seeing friends, having drinks, dinners, going out for walks too when I get the chance. I do have the odd cigarette but always outside on the balcony!

I am looking to share with another professional, someone who is easygoing, clean, tidy and reliable with paying bills and stuff. Also someone friendly who I can get on with as I think it's important to have a happy home environment :-)

The rent plus bills works out as around £525 per month. The deposit is £425 and the letting agent who acts on behalf of the landlord will also need to do a basic credit check which will cost £120.

Can be flexible with moving in date.
