Hi there. I'm looking for a new flatmate to replace my existing one as he is relocating to another city at the weekend.
The apartment is in the city centre- a 2 min walk to Shudehill.
It's fully furnished, and the room that is available is a large double ensuite room, so we will both have our own bathrooms.
Bills are not included, but we will split them 50/50. There is broadband in the flat.
About me- I work full time in retail, so I work a lot of weekends. But when I'm not working I like to cook, drink wine, and go out for cocktails.
The contract runs out on 11th April, but I want to extend it, so ideally you will be looking to live here for quite a while.
