Ace City Centre Flat - Northern Quarter
*** ROOM ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 1ST OCTOBER ***
I have a spacious, en suite room in the Northern quarter. Rent is £425 & bills come to approx. £135. You couldn't be anymore in town if you tried.
Living area looks out to the most amazing view, which on a clear day you can see right over to the Peaks.
Current flat mate is moving to London - sad to say goodbye to her as we have become good friends.
I love clubbing, cooking, films, music & interiors... Usually out on a weekend but I never bring the party back. I also enjoy nights in too with good food and a film. Massively into music: Blues, Jazz, House & Disco. Film wise I'll watch pretty much anything.
I have a sofa bed in the lounge so friends can have somewhere to sleep if they come and visit.
If you were to move in the room, the letting agent has a £150 sign on fee.
If you have any questions, get in touch.
Hope to hear from you soon.
