I have a room available in my great flat in the Green Quarter and am looking for someone to share my home with.

The open plan kitchen/living room has a large 20' balcony with fantastic views of the city centre and gets plenty of light. I am very proud of the flat and it has been furnished to a high standard. Obviously I want to try and keep it that way, but it is very comfortable and a great place to relax and hang out.

I have the main bedroom with the en-suite so you will have the main bathroom to yourself. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage with a triple wardrobe, dresser, bed side tables and under bed storage. There is no parking included, but might be available nearby.

The rent is £400 per month and your share of bills is currently £135 per month (so £535 total).

I am British / Canadian and have lived all over the world and moved back to the UK last year. I am quite active (currently football and running) and enjoy making the most of the city centre on the weekends.
