Lovely room with ensuite -city centre/castlefield

I am looking for a flat mate to move into a good sized double room in the city centre (near deansgate - castlefield). The room is a good size and comes with loads of storage. You will also have exclusive use of the main bathroom with bath and shower. It has a good size kitchen and living room with plenty of cupboards. It's a ground floor flat but is very securely gated and there is concierge. The apartments have parking although there is no space with the flat. Rent is £387. 50 each and bills are around £ 120. 00 each so around £500. 00 all in. The flat is initially available for 6 moths although this could be extended.

About me: I'm 26 professional female who works in a law firm in the city centre. I enjoy a chilled week, but am partial to the odd drink after work or a bottle of vino indoors with a good film and i definitely try and make the most of the weekend! I enjoy travelling and have recently visited India, New Zealand, Malaysia and Borneo. I love music, fashion and enjoy the usual socialising - nights out, nights in with a film, gigs, festivals, shopping trips etc. I'm also a bit of a 'foodie' and love cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

I've got a good group of friends who i do a lot with but would love to have a flat mate who won't be just somebody i share a roof with. I have been very lucky in that previous flat mates (who i didn't know before moving in) are now some of my closest friends.

I'm a laid back person who is clean and tidy - without been too obsessive!
