Large Double In City Centre Duplex Apt

Hi there

My flat mate is moving out to head back to her home city for work. I want to hold on to the appartment so I'm looking for an amazing replacement!

It's a large duplex with exposed brickwork and all the usual amenities in a great location just off Deansgate (Selfridges end). The bedroom is a large double with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and comfortably larger than the standard city centre room.

About me...my names Tom, I work full time in the city centre during the week. To relax I enjoy nights out and general socialising and the gym during times of motivation! I'm laid back, tidy and really easy to get along with.

Looking for an easy going, relaxed person that I can get to know and hopefully become mates with.

It's a great flat, in a great location at a decent price. It's available from the 8th August but if you're awesome I may be able to make that a little earlier. Currently pricing up broadband and TV deals so we can discuss that together.
