i have a double room available for short lets in my great 2 bedroom canal side apartment.

room is available: end july

initially for one months rent (open to negotiation)

avaiable to mon-fri lodger for longer periods

will consider couples (+£50/week)

10 minutes walk from the northern quarter/Piccadilly train-station, and now with newly opened tram stop 'New Islington' right outside the door.

double room with floor to ceiling window and a great view of the canal and distant countryside. Comes furnished with all bills included.

Its a space with great energy and style. simple and effective, light clean and spacious.
parking available but not included.

shared outdoor spaces (great for watching the sun set over the city or early evening drink etc)

i am a 37 yr old male working in the arts.

think guest house rather than flat share

it is a vegetarian household. cold meats and ready meals fine. other meats by negociation ;)
