Double room on river Irwell with own bathroom

Hello,

Im a 26 year old professional working in Film & TV looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely apartment.

The apartment is on the river Irwell on the Castlefield/ Salford border. 5 mins walk to Castlefield Bars/ pubs, 10 mins to Deansgate, and 15/20 mins walk to Spinningfields/ town. Its handy for Media city too takes only 25 mins to walk there and only 5 mins by car. Has a great view of the river which you can relax on the sofa and enjoy. There are picnic benches and places for BBQ's outside the building also which is great in summer.

About me: I am very laid back, extremely liberal and am looking for a like minded, social person who can be friends as well as house mates. As totally respectful as I am of others own chill time; there's nothing worse than that one flatmate who never comes out of their room.
Although I'm very laid back, I am also very clean and tidy and I absolutely need my new house mate to be the same.

I can work pretty long hours. Will usually spend evenings with a glass of red and a movie, hanging out or going out for food/ drinks with friends or catching a gig.
I love to cook - bit of a foodie and can usually be found hitting the dance floor at a weekend.

By no means after a boring house mate, but also don't want someone who's totally crackers or hammered every night of the week. Would like a nice homely fun flat.
