Available room in Manchester! :) Good Location!

The house is on a very good location of Manchester. The University, parks, shops, Oxford Railway Station, Police, GP, Job agencies are close, and it takes only 20 minutes walk from the Manchester City Center. This is a international multicultural house-share with different people of different nations. Basically not unfriendly and everyone has his own life. If you have stereotypes, this is not the best place for you. But if you really do like people, or just wanna live without getting accounted, it also can be an ideal home for you. The big room is the most ideal for couples, because in this case it is only £200 per each for a mount. Also can be suitable for professional individuals, who needs a calm place to stay in, to relax after the job, to dream and work out a new life. But if you are alone, it takes £350 per a month. All bills are included. Washing machine, cooking possibilities, shower + unlimited internet in the whole house. The deposit is going to be only £250 instead of £350 and the rent is already payed till 10 of August, however the room is available with the 5th of August. ;) Min. stay 4 months.
