Double room in a contemporary apartment

I currently rent a new two bedroom apartment in a gated community located two miles outside of the city centre of Manchester in Sportscity.

The apartment is situated across from the Etihad Stadium with local amenities such as an Asda, McDonald's, public park and tram stops nearby. A relatively small apartment it includes a balcony, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The spare double room on offer is furnished to include a wardrobe and a double bed.

I am ideally looking for a flatmate aged 18-35 who shares common interests and is fun and outgoing. A respectful and clean tenant is a must. All bills are included in the rent agreement. A viewing and meeting can be arranged and pictures if needed.
