I'm looking for 2 people to share my current 3 story house with.
The house is 15min walk from Piccadilly station and the Northern Quarter - rent = £388 per month, per person (bills not included - approx £100 for bills, including Council Tax/Insurance).
Both bedrooms have en-suites, with showers. The house has a huge living space, large kitchen, front room study, garden, and a 3rd spare toilet. It is a fantastic house, and very affordable given it's location and size.
You'd be living with a young professional (24 years old), who works as an IT Project/Supplier Manager for the Co-operative Group. I'm an extroverted, outgoing, jazz-loving, geek who always has his door open for friends. I spend some of my weekends in Leeds, and typically work from 8am-5pm (occasionally from home).
