My Husband and I have a fully furnished double room, to rent out Monday to Friday in our six bedroom Edwardian family home, 3 miles from the centre of Manchester.

The house is clean, tidy, and quiet. Our daughters have flown the family nest, only returning occasionally for holidays, as they work abroad. We currently share our home with 2 cats, and a lodger in his mid 20’s, who is a close family friend. We are an easygoing, friendly household, and are renowned for making strangers feel welcome and at home. Included in the rent is, off road parking, gas, electric, council tax and internet, the use of kitchen and laundry facilities, shared bathroom, towels and bed linen provided. The bed linen and towels will be changed weekly with the cleaning of room.

We have very good transport links to the city, only a short walk away, which includes a tram station.

Would suit respectable and tidy individual. No drugs, would prefer none smoker.
