Double room Salford

Hey girls me and my flatmate are looking for a third housemate to renew our tenancy with in June (22nd), as our other flatmate is sadly leaving to live with her boyfriend. The flat is right near Salford Central, round the corner from Oast House and about a 15 minute walk into town centre. It'll be just under 520 a month for rent, no more than 650 max with bills. There is one parking space included and neither me nor Hannah drive so you would be able to use it
To give a bit about us, I'm 23 turning 24 and work in PR. Hannah is 23 and works as an A&E nurse so all different shifts. Because of this, we'd be looking for someone who doesn't wfh all the time (the odd day is fine) as Hannah sometimes needs to sleep through the day for a night shift.
We're both clean and tidy and quite sociable/chatty and would ideally be looking for someone similar - we're all good friends and would love to have that again with the new flatmate.
