Want to share a large, comfortable house with just one person, but don't want to live with the home owner?

This is the ideal home for a friendly, independent Vegan aged 35 or over.

FROM AUTUMN 2015...

The house is spacious, peaceful and fully furnished, with wooden floors, modern kitchen, huge lounge, front chill out room, office and amazing garden. WIFI, gas central heating, double glazing, alarm system, parking space or store your bicycle in the hall. If you want friends to stay, there's also comfy sofabed in the lounge.

Two great sized, light and airy double bedrooms - I'm happy to have either, so take your pick. Rent is £380 inclusive (gas/electricity/ water rates/council tax/internet).

2 minutes walk from train station/buses/cycle loop, local bars, pubs, cafes, shops and swimming pool. Several nature reserves 5 minutes walk, or catch the train out towards Buxton and stop off along the way - small villages, canal/woodland walks 30 minutes away.

The houseshare would suit a considerate, social, non-smoking Vegan, aged 35 or over. I'm creative, social, active, open and honest. I work in the charity sector.
