This house is situated very close to the Trafford centre. It is less than 10 mins drive to Irlam train station and free parking in irlam train station for rail passengers.

Walking distance to shops, including Tesco Express, Nisa Local and big shops like Lidl and Tesco's is just a five minute drive
Irlam leisure centre close by and library nearby if you like to read like me 😊
This house is all bills included so no worries about paying separate council tax, electricity etc as all of that is INCLUDED in the rent.
I currently enjoy a nice and quiet atmosphere (no late night parties please) and also clean and tidy. A clean, tidy and friendly housemate is required so if you are late night party animal or untidy, then this place isn' t for you (sorry)
