Bedroom in Hulme for female professional/student

You have access to the kitchen. You can wash and dry your laundry* only if you are staying for more than a week. You have LIMITED access to use the living room area between 7. 30am to 8. 30am and 6. 30pm to 7. 30pm Mon- Thursday weekdays ONLY as I support my family and do lots work ! Friday evening to Sunday night you have unlimited use of the living room.

My flat is close to the University of Manchester, MMU- All Saints and Birley Fields. The 85 bus from the city centre stops closest as well as the 141, 86, 101, 105, 109 with just a 2 minute walk.

Rules

No smoking.
No drugs.
No pets.
No friends staying over.
Respect.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Use of bathroom, toilet, kitchen and limited times in lounge.
Cleanliness- Please clean up after yourself :-)

This room now is available to rent. Reference required.

*1 month cost £400 pcm!!* OR 1 Week is £200. Security deposit of £200. 00 cash required on arrival- refundable when leaving.

Please pay rent in ADVANCE, once a month or at start of stay.
