There are three bathrooms in the house - one downstairs next to the spare room, one upstairs with a shower, and another en-suite for another room.

The top floor is a well lit large kitchen and living room, which is great for reading, socialising and relaxing, and it is very nice for cooking!

There is a garage around the back which is only accessible through a metal gate with a code-pad, and neither of the remaining flatmates drive, so the garage will be vacant.

The current flatmates are a professional software developer and a law student. We are relatively tidy, particularly when it comes to the kitchent. We are quite quiet, tend to be busy with our own activities, but having social drinks and dinner together sometimes would be great. We are friendly and easy to get on with.

Bills including council tax, gas, electric and internet come to about £60 per month. Water is on a meter and paid annually.
