Hiya, my name is Frederique and I am a live-out Landlord leasing out a house with 3 rooms- one big one medium one small. The room which is available is the medium room. The other 2 rooms are occupied by students.
My two lovely tenants are looking for a female housemate who doesn't smoke. Of course it would be nice to have someone who would like to eat together, go out to watch movies sometimes, chatting. However it will be their final year so it may be quite a studious house especially towards the end of the academic year.
