Hello!! We have one double rooms available in a beautiful, new-build 3 storey townhouse. The house has laminate wood flooring, and a large living room with floor to ceiling french doors that open onto a balcony. There's also a small garden around the back, ideal for small BBQs.

The house is 15 mins walk from town, near a large Asda and Sainsburys and all transport links. It's also within a 5 - 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars on Deansgate and First Street. You'd easily get anywhere within the inner ring road within 20 - 25 minutes, even without a car.

Rent is £468 per month for both rooms, and bills c. £122/month for gas & electricity (adjusted for the recent hike), broadband, council tax and water.

We're pretty open with regards to new housemates, but a major point is finding somebody who is house proud and willing to maintain the homely environment we have already

These rooms would definitely be ideal for people who live a busy lifestyle during the week, but want somewhere they can relax and feel comfortable in communal areas at home during the evenings/weekends.
The first 3 months would be on a lodgers agreement, as someones finishing their tenancy early. But after that it would be a years contract.
