ALL BILLS INCLUDED, Shared Living room and Kitchen, We are looking for a FEMALE OCCUPANT, I have a single room available to rent asap, room is fully furnished in a neutral way. The bathroom will be shared by one other house mate. This 3 bedroomed house is currently occupied by 2 occupants, a very kind 22
yr old British female and 30yr old bubbly male of Caribbean Descent.

Bedroom comes with a Small double bed white, Ikea double wardrobe and matching drawers and a TV to keep house mate occupied whilst in their own personal space, I have also had locks installed so bedrooms can be locked for security or personal reasons. Ideally a female house mate would be of preference due to personal hygiene reasons (come on lads lets not pretend now), however a tidy male house mate would also be great, room is to be occupied by one person only and the individual will need to be in full time employment or a working student is also welcome, DSS or Individuals on benefits will not be considered. Road parking available, Not far from local shops, and Ryder Brow train station, the 171 bus stop just outside the new estate can take house mates to Hyde road which is the main road which leads into the town centre
